How much does shipping cost?

Harrisson Australia ships worldwide, and has taken every consideration to reduce the cost of shipping, including absorbing some of this cost directly.

Australian Express Shipping Cost - FREE

International Express Shipping Cost - $19 AUD with Harrisson Australia absorbing some of this cost directly.

How long is your shipping time?

Australian customers can expect a delivery time of up to four days, and international customers should expect to receive orders in up to eight business days.

Processing times?

Customers come first at Harrisson Australia, which is why customers can expect a prompt processing time. Orders are processed Monday through to Sunday and are shipped within 24 hours of customers placing an order online. Once your order has been processed, packaged and shipped, you will receive communication from our team.

Can I receive a refund?

We offer a 90 day no questions asked returns policy. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Does this product come with a warranty?

What leather do you use?

We use 100% real Australian leather which is why our products look and feel superior to other goods on the market. Our leather wallets and luggage tags are made from vegetable tanned kangaroo leather. Our notebooks, belts and keyrings are made from vegetable tanned cowhide leather. Harrisson Australia uses a selection of finest Australian leathers and is constantly exploring new options and improved methods. Are all of your products made in Australia?

We are a boutique leather goods manufacturer, located in Melbourne Australia. All of our products are designed and made in our Melbourne workshop. All items are made by hand using traditional techniques and hand tools.  This attention to detail produces a more refined and superior product.
