Harrison Australia stands behind every handcrafted leather product, and all customers will be extended a 5-year warranty with any purchase. Be sure to save your email received invoice so you can redeem your warranty in the unlikely event that your product has a fault. The Harrisson Australia warranty entitles you to receive a new leather product or refund. 

Note - your Harrisson Australia warranty does not extend to reasonable wear and tear.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Australian customers: All of our Harrisson Australia products come with FREE express shipping within Australia. Australian shipping is facilitated by Australia Post.

International customers: All of our Harrisson Australia products come with DHL express shipping at a reduced, flat cost of $29 AUD which has been absorbed by Harrisson Australia in light of the COVID-19 pressures of 2020. You can read more about our shipping policy here.

 

How long is your shipping time?

Australian customers can expect a delivery time of up to four days, and international customers should expect to receive orders in up to five business days. Harrisson Australia processes all orders within 24 hours, and when packages are picked up from postage providers, the shipping time is out of our control. Can I get a refund?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your leather item, return the unused item for a full refund. Customers should note that return shipping is at the cost of the customer if the reason for the refund is a change of mind. You can read more about our refund policy

What leather do you use?

You might be wondering "Are all your leather products Australian made?" Harrison Australia uses 100% real Australian leather, which is why our products look and feel superior to other goods in the market. You might find that your Australian leather wallet is made from kangaroo leather, whereas your Australian leather notebook or leather belt might be made from vegetable-tanned cowhide leather. Harrison Australia uses a selection of fine Australian leathers and is constantly exploring new options and improved methods. How do I take care of my leather goods?

Many customer ask how to clean a leather wallet or how to care for a leather belt. Our Harrisson Australia team recommend conditioning your leather goods annually, and ensuring your leather goods do not get wet often. Harrisson Australia does not carry a branded leather conditioner, but we like RM Williams and Oroton leather conditioner, although you should always test a small unexposed patch of leather to see the result before conditioning the entire product.

 

How does leather age?

The beautiful finish of our Harrisson Australia products might have you wondering how does leather age? Leather is like skin, and so it wears incredibly well if it’s treated respectfully. In some cases, your leather wallet or leather notebook might take on a softer touch and may become slightly darker if they are used and exposed often. Conversely, you may find that your leather belt stays exactly the same without that exposure. When comparing faux leather vs real leather, your aged real leather will last decades without damage.
